Smells divine and clean felt very spa like but better. The lady to greet us was very professional and calming, she took us through some darkened hallways where there was a grooming station, bathrooms, and a water station. We were given a tablet to watch a quick introduction video to float therapy, the wait room was amazingly relaxing with nice furniture etc the smells and the relaxing music lingered right throughout the place. We were then greeted by another lovely staff member who took us to our float therapy room, she talked us through some things like what to possibly expect, what to do if we get salt in our eyes, earplugs, music etc & we were happy to get in to it. Before jumping in to 1000 litres of water with 400kgs of Epsom salt you have to shower first and at the end of it. I could go on and on but there's not enough space to write. The float was for an hour. I didn't think we would actually float but was I wrong There's a infrared heater above you on the roof which adapts to your skin temperature which made me feel like I was floating in outer space because I couldn't even feel the water or anything around me. Pure weightlessness. The room is lit with a blue light but then when your ready to switch that of your in pitch black. Let the sensory deprivation begin. Skin body & mind felt so rejuvenated, was the best feeling after a stressful achy morning at AJ Hacketts :( 5 out of 5, can't wait to do it again!!! Try it everyone!!!
