Highlights

  • Decreases Stress & Anxiety/Improves Mood
  • Improves Sleep Quality/Decrease Chronic Fatigue
  • Muscle and Athletic Recovery
  • Boosts Creativity & Mindfulness

Our Floatation Therapy rooms are equipped with a pool filled with highly concentrated Epsom salt water and heated to your body temperature. This will keep you afloat, entering a near-zero gravity state and reducing external sensory input into the brain. With all sights and sounds removed, you’ll be drifting into a meditative state to effectively rejuvenate your mind and body. This has a range of benefits from pain reduction to enhanced creativity and improved sleep.

City Cave brings a whole different Float Therapy experience to the table. We’ve designed float rooms rather than the traditional tanks to be inviting rather than intimidating, so you can truly relax without feeling restricted. We have infrared panels above the water to ensure the temperature is consistent. The light and sound is set to your liking as to accommodate for personal preference (although we recommend in peace and quiet to experience the full effects of sensory deprivation).

Fantastic relaxation experience

Thoroughly enjoyed the whole flotation tank experience. Given the pace of life many of us live at, the chance to stop for an hour of completely sensory deprivation and deep relaxation was phenomenal. Having no aches and pains for that hour (and afterwards for quite a while) was really great. I'd highly recommend this! We would have gone again if we'd had more time, but will be taking advantage of similar facilities in our home town now we know how fantastic it feels.

Loved it so much!

Such an inviting and relaxing atmosphere. Staff are great and very attentive. Love the cave idea as not so restriciting but still amazingly relaxing. Will definitely do again.
