The trip to Hobbiton and back again was great with our guide and driver Paul. It was a group of 8 of us and more enjoyable than the rushed big coach tour I did the day after. The friendly atmosphere made it much easier to chat with the other passengers. I signed up for the tour by myself. I got some useful tips on places I will visit later from the others on this trip.

This day tour was one of the best day in my New Zealand trip! Hobbiton and glowworm cave were both really awesome and unforgettable experiences. Our guide was really fun and nice. Definately worth of the money!

One of my bucket list items for my recent visit to New Zealand was to visit Hobbiton. I checked online for tickets and found a lot of tours. Air Auckland went above and beyond during our scenic flight to Whitianga. We were transported in a luxurious, air-conditioned shuttle from the airport to the restaurant, making our journey comfortable and hassle-free. Mike, our pilot, was friendly and communicative, pointing out interesting sights along the way. The views were stunning, and the well-maintained plane added to the overall experience. We also had a delicious lunch at Stoked, which was a great addition to the trip. Overall, I highly recommend Air Auckland for anyone looking for a unique and unforgettable experience in Auckland. Their exceptional service and attention to detail made the trip a memorable one.
