Brilliant
Very well organised, friendly, helpful staff, easy to follow instructions and a fun filled outdoor experience battling against the clock to solve the clues. Would highly recommend, we will be back to crack the other outdoor game!

Fortunately this was part of an Auckland promotion and it was free otherwise this would have represented dreadful value for money. The game itself was terribly devised - not intuitive at all or fun. This really felt like it was made by an 8 yr old and not very well conceived. Would give it 0 stars if I could just to warn people not to waste their money on this. The cash deposit also put a damper on the experience as we were worried that if we broke anything we would be charged a ridiculous amount to replace. The staff at the place were great however and tried their best but the product itself really was a joke.

We are sorry that the Outdoor Escape did not meet your expectations - the vast majority of our customers like the experience, as it combines scavenger hunt with Augmented Reality riddles. Perhaps it just wasn't the right activity for you. The information about the deposit is visible before making the booking - the deposit is required, as you're leaving the store with our iPad (which is worth significantly more than $200) and game-designed equipment and gets refunded as soon as you return the equipment. Before paying, we show every customer what is the cost per item in case anything breaks, which hardly ever happens. Kind regards, your Thrillzone Team.
