We had a fantastic tour . Our tour guy - Michael is so friendly and knowledge about volcanoes and Auckland. We felt we now know volcanoes and beautiful Auckland. Wonderful experience. Staff friendly and helpful.

Booked through Bookme and then had to call Sealink which was fine - received good customer service. A bit of a runaround at the terminal. All was sorted fairly easily - we just had to show the Bookme confirmation as well as the Sealink confirmation email. So make sure you are aware of this when booking through Bookme. Other than that, well organised in terms of getting cars on and off. Good cafe and aircon and upper deck on the larger ferry. Obviously a good trip with good views on a sunny day.

Great trip, always on time

The boat is always on time, inside of the cabin is warm and there's a coffee shop with delicious things to pass the time if you want to. Very friendly and helpful staff! Awesome!

We had a enjoyable morning Kayak at a great location. Easy parking and the staff were very friendly. The double Kayak has room for a child as well. So families of three can paddle together.

We brought 4 kids in... Ben took great care of us. We feel very welcome and happy with everything. Couldn’t ask for a better guy really. Ben is top notch! Will spread the words and come back for more. Thanks

It was amazing kayaking at Mission Bay, It was seamless from when we arrive at Mission Bay water sport till when we finished ans return the kayak. It was a beautiful day and it couldn't have been better.

Enjoyable! I'll do it again

During this time it was such a great morning to go paddle boarding . We might not of stood up but we definitely had fun.

I made a reservation for paddling boat. It was the first time to try so it was quite hard and managers of Watersports let me take other one if I want. I liked this way so much!So I took kayak and I enjoyed so well! And they explained well how I can ride it and what I need to keep in mind for safety. It was great time in Auckland :) Moreoever shower facility is really close. If you want barbecue also, you can find nearby. It's worth to try it!

Great service, the instructions were thorough and service was good. We had fun with the kids. They got a paddle this time, which they enjoyed helping.

Family fun...friendly staff

My mate and I took our kids aged 9 & 16 and this was the perfect "different" activity to do which suited all of us equally as we all had a good time!! Was worried an hour wouldn't be long enough but turned out one hour was Jussst Right. The guy who sorted us out was friendly and pleasant. We totally recommend as a great lower budget activity and WILL do again 🙃😉

a huge thank you to Nick and Ben from Mission Bay Watersports. They were friendly, accommodating and super fun people to have in a super fun environment. Ben your instruction was precise and thorough and easily understood. Your enthusiasm wiped out the nerves some of my group had. Nick when I phoned ahead for more info you gave me weather info and explained the best times to come - your advice saw us go to other attractions first which proved prudent as they would have been less fun to do soaking wet! A top team and service with a genuine smile?

It was my first time to try the Stand up paddle and it was a cool one! Struggled to get my balance at first but finally got on my feet and paddled on. The instructor was nice and friendly too!

Getting the sky tower entry is a nice bonus. 48hrs cover the whole city. Just wish the last bus is at 6pm rather than 4pm. On my trip to Auckland unfortunately I could Only use bookme once as the deals would be on the other day.

Easy and convenient!

Kelly Tarltons is awesome. The penguin exhibit at the start is gorgeous (they seemed very attracted to my daughter’s penguin hat) and we had a great day. The only sad part was that they weren’t enforcing their mask rules. There were lots of signs around and announcements regarding wearing masks when not eating or drinking, but at least 30-40% of people weren’t wearing them.

Penguins, octopus, shark ... what not... you can watch them so closely!! Great job team .... keeping the place tidy.

Exhibits were logical and some great artwork and information boards Diversity of exhibits has improved. Lots of things to support for struggling species. Penguin group looked great with 2 babies in exhibit. Lots to read, look at and interact with. Staff when on the floor seem disinterested and not friendly but keeping the facility clean with their rubbish sweepers.

Great experience! The kids loved it and worth going to see.

Highly recommend for those whom have toddlers/kids obsessed with Finding Nemo/Dory. Twas my husbands first time visiting Kelly Tarltons too and he enjoyed it. Theres a playground n cafe fairly close to the entrance so be sure to have a light breakfast so you can have a heavy lunch whilst the kids run off all their energy 🤣

Haven’t been for 14 years but can safely say nothing has changed. Fun and interesting as always and great for the family. If you haven’t been in a number of years don’t expect any change. Place does need a bit of an upgrade.

Was great to see how much Kelly Tarltons had changed and our some loved seeing the penguins and going round on the travellator looking at the sharks and stingrays- a bit expensive for a big family but a great day out and something different to do in Auckland
