Great fun, guides are super experienced and know what they are doing. They add some Maori culture which was really nice. Felt safe even though its a dangerous activity!

We had the time of our lives, my son and I had an amazing experience. Its times like this this that matters in life making memories. I waited 20 years for this and for my son to be old enough. I can see my son had a good time because every time he looks at the photos taken by the team there is a big smile on his face. Jackie our guide made it extra special for us with out it being obvious but I could pick it up, she got injured a bit on the 7m waterfall ( sorry Jackie for having to buy beers for the guys ha ha) and I would like to give a big shout out to her, she is very proficient in what she does and has a great personality to back that up. The rest of the team did an amazing job to support Jackie in keeping us save and intertained. See you next time. Keep save and God bless.

IWe had a blast with the adventure! A must try for people seeking thrill and enjoying mother nature at the same time. Instructors and guide are friendly and quite meticulous when it comes to health and safety so you will not need to worry a lot, just listen nad follow their instructions :) 11 out 10 10 stars!

Kaitiaki Adventures provided us with the perfect whitewater rafting experience. They collected us from our accommodation, provided us with all the necessary gear and training, and made the time on the Kaituna River exciting and fun. They are very professional, yet very personal and friendly at the same time. And they provide a well-priced photo package at the end to capture your experience. Well worth the money.

What a fabulous time we had with Finn and Jackie. I will be honest I was terrified but the experience has now made me want more. The whole experience was fun and breath taking. Thank you so much. We will be back x

First time experiencing rafting and it was a memorable one. Strongly recommended. My friend fell into water after the fall and was pulled up by our leader Nick instantly. It was fun.

These guys are so amazing. Not just they take good care of you but make sure we get the maximum fun and a sense of adventure. I’ll definitely go again with my partner for both sledding and rafting. I loved the part where they told us the cultural story about the Kaituna river. You can feel how much they love their culture and how much they respect their heritage. Don’t miss this!

It was blast! The process was smooth from shuttle pick-up to gearing up to the activity itself and back home. No complaints at all with the Kaitiaki crew and extra shoutout to our raft’s captain Dave (pardon if Ive got ur name wrong but you’re the one with the lime green shirt and blue blue eyes). We’ve got the smallest boat (it didn’t flip!) but he was such fun and gave us a time of our lives :P

We only had the morning left in Rotorua before we had to get back to Auckland. Best choice! Finished at 11am and we were on the road. Guides were great, perfect amount of respect shown to culture and the dangers of the river. Really pleased we went, thanks Justin! ... & thanks Kituna for showing your power... but not dumping us!!

best experience ever made some awesome memories so glad we picked Kaitiaki adventures the name explains everything they were kaitiaki from the beginning to the end. making us feel safe with a karakia at the beginning and then in the middle. made us feel so safe the safety talk was great and came in handy throughout the trip. the crew was amazing Thank you for all the amazing memories we made hit the team up for the best time of your life nga mihi nui to Hemi, Jackie, Drax and Jackson and the team back in the office. We had the most amazing time white water rafting with our guide Hudson! The waterfall wasn’t as scary as we thought it would be and the rapids were super fun! We even got to float down the rapid on our backs. Next time amber at the front desk needs to come with us though haha!

I've had my fair share of rafting but this particular raft on Kaituna River was especially wonderful because of the fantastic people at Kaitiaki. They took us on an adventure but did not miss out on the cultural appreciation of the river we were on, giving us a deeper appreciation for nature and the Maori culture. Top marks for the lads at Kaitiaki for the exceptional adventure and would definitely recommend this as the top activity in Rotorua of u want to learn about the culture and experience it all whilst having the time of your life.

Our Amazing Guides were Jackie and Jack, was so nervous on bus ride I could have cried but these two helped me feel brave and comfortable, safe and confident - I absolutely Loved the whole experience! Loved the respect for the Awa/Tipuna, and the respect the team/the guides had for each other. My two teenage sons also appreciated our Guides and the Experience, only downfall was - that it wasn’t long enough! Kidding, super thankful! Ngā Mihi Nui, -Renee

We did theaze with our two young g children, 5years and 2.5years, and we had a great afternoon. Having the scavenger hunt to do as well as find the four corners was a fun way to keep the kids motivated. The wee rabbit enclosure got the kids excited but was empty, that would be the only thing that could be improved. Will definitely recommend to others families. Ed

We really enjoyed our day. We went as a family of 3, a 10yr old girl, a 6yr old girl and myself . The girls both enjoyed the maze and the challenge of finding clues and letters etc , it was overall a good bonding experience for us.

Called in here and was pleasantly surprised at how much fun it was, recent additions such as colour maze and neon cave are fun too.

Great fun and challenging. Took us about 30 minutes to complete the maze and tasks. Really enjoyed it. Recommend the visit.

What a cool afternoon spent with the family (2 adults/4 kids 9,10,15,17). The addition of a scavenger hunt inside the maze made things even more interesting. Highly recommend Wonderworld 3D Maze to all!!! So much fun and more memories banked for our family!!

A challenging maze race, we split into teams of 2 to find all 4 corners, stamp your card and get back to the start. Also a very friendly duck, giant rabbits and guinea pigs to pet! A friendly and chatty owner, and a quick game of croquet to finish. we had a fun hour there 😁

It’s a great place for a day out of fun with the kids, the owner of the place is helpful and friendly. Great place to celebrate birthday parties too!

We had a few different families with 6 children ranging from 3months to 13 years. Everyone had a great time. The maze is challenging for everyone and can be made more difficult by timing or making them do it in a particular order. The lawn games also kept us entertained for a while. It’s a great little spot and i’m glad we went there. One point to be aware of - it is difficult to see the entry if driving from Tauranga side.

We had a great time. The scavenger hunt is a great idea to make it more enjoyable. It meant that even when finding dead ends it was helpful to solve some of the clues. Would definitely recommend. We got the discounted rate so it was really good at this price.

It was a lovely cruise looking at Rotorua from the water. Coffee and muffin was nice too.

Such a good experience for both of us. The trip lasts an hour which is enough for us to enjoy the big lake. I prefer going out for lookout rather than staying inside. Love birds around the lake too. They are so cute and friendly. When i got off the cruise, i and my partner walked around to enjoy the view around the lake. Highly recommend

Thank you for a great trip - we were lucky enough to be upgraded to the yacht but the whole experience was fab. Matt was a friendly and knowledgeable skipper/guide and the hot pools were a real experience. The kids loved jumping off the wharf into the lake too.

Very nice trip. Not rushed, and the lady that did the trip was knowledgeable and friendly . Lake Rotoiti is beautiful. We had the hot pools all to ourselves ! Fantastic.
