Absolutely amazing experience with the guys at Ballooning Canterbury! We loved it!

Great scenery and knowledgeable skipper who has great driving skills.

We had an amazing ride! Lots of stunning scenery and so many different types - wild bush, grazing land, soaring rock cliffs, mountains, snow..... just amazing! Blair gave us an incredible journey - fast and fun with stops for photos. Had an absolute ball and it was a much better journey than some from further south. Totally recommend for families too.

Kids and parents loved it! Took our 5 and 7 year old girls and they loved it! Perfect activity and tour. Really enjoyed spending this money with a local company. Well worth it!

Good experience I absolutely loved the mountain views honestly breathe taking probably the best and seeing the trees nearly falling of the edge that was even amazing to see under its roots. Nice to meet you mate and your son and doggie 🤙🏼😊

Family of four (two kids under ten) all really enjoyed the experience. Good informative stops along the way and some thrilling spins among a spectacular scenery. Would recommend ear muffs for younger children. We stayed dry :)

Very good and fun day out on the boat some of the best views of the mid Canterbury

Young children shouldn't be put in front seat as they can't see where they're going. 6yr old was very disappointed with only being able to see out the sides of the boat.

Enjoyed the 30 min ride a lot. Spins, close to the cliffs, some historical stops, great photo stops. Definitely worth the money and a good deal on bookme

Such a great experience with amazing views of New Zealand in all 360 degrees, adventure-loving group of people and bubbles and fruit before departure to celebrate it! It’s really an enjoyable experience to join this Lord of Ring trip. Being picked up from our apartment, we started our journey. The young guide we had is very passionate in his job. He gave us an extra stop to see the beautiful Windwhistle. We are very lucky to have had a sunny day. Along the way, the view are stunning. Green grass with the snow mountain at the far back, surrounded by the shining river. The Sunday Mountain is certainly a highlight of the trip. This is the place that you cannot drive in by yourself. There，you just have a feeling as if you are in the movie. Highly recommend !

From start to finish the whole trip was incredible! The staff went above and beyond and were so lovely! The package was such great value, dinner and breakfast were amazing and the golf course was stunning! The room was fabulous as well, loved the fire place. Would absolutely recommend!

What a fantastic weekend, we went with another couple and had a great relaxing weekend. Staff where very friendly and helpful, especially Sonia who looked after us for our meals she was such a hardworking but very attentive person. The deal is great value for money and would definately recommend for a getaway. As for the Golf well enough said :).

Amazing trip. Bit of everything from thrilling turns, spins, skimming close to cliffs adrenaline pumping stuff to informative information plus amazing scenery for picture taking. Much better than the Queenstown one I experienced in the past. Well worth a detour and nice drive there. Thanks again 👌👍

What an incredible experience, the sunrise was gorgeous over the Canterbury plains. It was even more than what I was hoping for, we had a beautiful morning!

it was absolutely stunning! Very friendly staff and the also the pick up and drop off went well! We could decide by ourselfs it we want to helo preparing the balloon. After that we were flying for 1 hour and 35minutes, which was better than expected and absolutely amazing. Back on the ground we had fruits, muffin and champagne/orange juice. I could make some good pictures up there and the sunset was beautiful! Would do it again, even as a poor backpacker :)
