Our guide Kraig is very knowledgeable and friendly. Small group tour allows our guide to cater more time to the intinary which provides better experience than big tour bus and flexi tour. Will definitely book other tour which cheeckykiwitour

Had dinner before an event. We were greeted by lovely front of house staff. The staff were polite and attentive. The food was delicious and full of flavour. The chicken and lamb were both tender and juicy. The jalapeno poppers were crispy and crunchy. The creme brulee wasn't too sweet and had the classic crunchy topping. Would definitely recommend dining here.

We - a group of seven people plus our tour guide Kreig - had gone to Hobbiton last April 10, and despite the rainy weather, I have no regrets. Definitely worth the price because the whole experience, from pick up to drop off, was very personalised. Kreig, our tour guide, was a very enthusiastic, friendly and approachable guy who shared a lot of his knowledge. There were some snacks, refreshments and entertainment in the van that we used. Hobbiton itself looked spectacular whatever weather it is, I assure you. Glad we didn’t cancel our bookings at the last minute. Totally recommend Cheeky Kiwi Travel And its team! I read a lot of the reviews for this trip and had mixed feelings since it seemed some people really enjoyed it and some really didn’t. We REALLY enjoyed it. If you are looking for a tour with lots of information and guidance along the way, this is probably NOT the tour for you. Our driver Clay was very up front about the fact that he does more driving than talking, but was open to any questions and was extremely friendly. He really was just there to get us where we wanted to go and it was kind of nice to just take in the views of the drive and the peninsula. Each of our stops (Mount Paku, Cathedral Cove and Hot Water Beach) were primarily self-guided, although Clay did hike with us to the top of Paku to take pictures, and was monumental in helping us dig our hot pools at Hot Water Beach. Everything was BEAUTIFUL and overall, this was an inexpensive way to see another beautiful part of New Zealand without having to make the drive or find our way to the hikes we did on our own. Definitely worth it!

Loved it , it covered all major landmarks of Auckland , will recommend highly to all people who want to cover Auckland’s major attraction in a single day. The driver and ticket collectors were awesome and responsive.

This was one of the most amazing experiences I’ve ever had. The guide was very knowledgeable and personable, the sights were even better than what I had imagined... all in all, I am extremely satisfied and would absolutely love to come back.

Everyone should do this day trip with Clay. So chill and personable, knowledgeable about the areas you visit and a good laugh. The trip itself is breathtaking and you get to see a lot of natural beauty. Highly recommend.

All of us had so much fun. We struggled to find our way but the whole family worked together and we made it! The staff was so amazing, though she gave us hints, we still felt accomplished!! We’ll try other room next time!

What can I say, it was an amazing experience for us,my wife and i had this tour with kreig last 17October, not only it was amazing for the beautiful scenery of both hobbiton and geothermal site but kreig was the best tour guide ever! Where can u find a tour guide that knows a lot, only with cheeky kiwi and only kreig. He’s the best, I hope anyone reading this please go book your tours with cheeky kiwi and ask for kreig, he’s the best really he’s the best, never a dull moment. We learned a lot, be it onboard on the road while he’s driving or while on foot on our tour, about everything you need to know maori, NZ, geothermal stuff even about whittakers ? i think we felt we are Kiwi’s already at the end of the day having known all these great information Kreig told us ? thank you Kreig, thank you for everything, thankyou for the “seat on the right side in the bus” guide, the perfect picture spot outside the green dragon pub, letting us go to your secret spot, for taking care of us and making sure we’re comfortable. thanku for the wedding gift it means a lot, thank you for the most fun filled day of our NZ vacation. 가이드분 아주 친절하고 코로만델에서 갈 만한 곳 거의 다 데리고 가줌. 코스 : hot water beach(삽들고 흙파서 구덩이 만들어서 뜨신 물 체험)->cathedral cove(주차장에 내려서 왕복 한시간 정도 걸음 등산 같다 좀... 하지만 그럴 가치 충분)->shakespear 머시기->mount paaku(산 좀 올라가는데 이십분 정도? 전망 예쁨) 처음 두시간 정도 가다가 카페에 내려주는데 물 꼭 사야함. 큰걸로.... 거기 아니면 집 갈때까지 살 곳이 마땅찮고 작열하는 태양에 목구녕이 타들어감;;; cathedral cove 너무 예쁘고 해수욕 하기도 좋음. 선크림 허옇게 떡칠하시길! 뉴질랜드 여행에서 잊지 못할 기억 중 하나가 될 거 같다. thank you, clay:)

The weather was excellent when I went there in November. The clear blue skies and beautiful beach makes it a great day for Sight Seeing and having a dip at the beach. The only downside was that the time spent at Cathedral Cove was a little short as Cathedral Cove was so beautiful.

Had an amazing day trip to Cathedral Cove and Hot water beach. Our guide gabriel was very knowledable and took us to these places considering the tide conditions, so that we can make the best of our time at these 2 amazing locations which are the gems of the coromandel peninsula. Definitely recommended

It was such a nice day with Clay who showed us around throughout the day. The weather was also great and we enjoyed a lot, especially digging hot water in hot water beach. It was a fantastic experience!! Clay is a very funny and thoughtful guide, and very friendly. I really recommend the day tour to everyone.

Clay is one of the best guides you can have. It was such an amazing tour, I think everybody visiting Auckland has to do! Go for it, you'll love it! :)

I booked this day tour as a solo traveller and I was so lucky to get such a great driver (Mike) and group also full of other solo travellers! I originally only booked the Wai-O-Tapu attraction and ended up adding on the Te Puia attraction because there isn't a whole lot else to do in Rotorua (I would recommend seeing both). The drive out to Rotorua was lovely and I loved hearing about NZ history and culture along the way!

This was a fantastic day. our Guide was knowledgable and fun he obviously had a passion for the country and Maori history. The caves were breathtaking and Rotorua was a spectacular as I imagined with the Cultural experience being and added bonus. Brilliant

Our bus driver/ tour guide, Kenny was extremely friendly. Both him and the tour guides and captain on the cruise were great and gave us so much information about the Bay of Islands. Super happy we got to see Dolphins and go through the Hole in a Rock. Absolutely worth it! Thank you for a great tour :)

We really enjoyed our time in The Bach. There were so many things to solve. Thinking out of the box, it allowed each of us to contribute our strengths. Would highly recommend.

N’hésitez pas ! Le tour est vraiment bien organisé, structuré ! Notre guide « Bones » etait vraiment génial. La vue du Mont Paku, Cathedral cove, hot water beach, ca vaut vraiment le détour. Il faut l’avoir fait au moins une fois. Ce que j’ai le plus aimé, c’etait le fait de creuser sa propre piscine d’eau chaude, et c’est vraiment surprenant tellement c’est bouillant & chaud... je ne vous en dis pas plus, FONCEZ ! *le seul bémol serait le fait que le tour est «chronométré » et que le temps est compté mais je m’y attendais un peu.

It was an amazing tour! We really had fun, our tour guide Grant was very accommodating and he really look after us very well. It was a very good day!

In order to catch the best time and view, Rachel scheduled the pickup time one by one according to the tide. That's really sweet! Rach did tried her best to make sure that everyone was satisfied. We got enough water, snack and clean toilet lol. She not only brought us to the Hot Water Beach but also taught us how to dig a spa. She could always know what we need and give it to us! She's so nice:) p.s. The Cathedral Cove was really breathtaking as those photos!

This day trip was a cool experience. Clay helped me make a very wonderful day trip. So kind and friendly. I had a great time in the very nice beach. I absolutely recommend.
