Wow, this was my first heli ride and it was so amazing and great experience. All Black helicopter with a skilled pilot, thank you Michael for our bonus landing ? you are awesome man and thanks for taking us photos.

Thoroughly enjoyed my time at Moonlight Stables - from pick up at my hotel to the ride it was all fantastic - great staff, amazing riding scenery, horses are well looked after & yard area was clean & well maintained - as an animal lover I expect the horses to be priority as they are having to take us riders & at this stable the horses we had where calm & relaxed but aware of us all - the girls that helped us with gear, our horses & the ride knew each horses personality & where caring to them & us. Was a great experience with amazing country, cared for horses & great staff. Thanks for taking me out.

The staff, the horses, the view. Couldn't fault it. They were happy to pick us up and drop us off where we needed them to, which made our lives so much easier! They well suited horses to riders ability and let those who could pick up their pace do so, while still providing the perfect day for the novice rider! If I could give 6 stars, I would. Thank you so much for being such an amazing part of my holiday and also being part of now one of my fondest memories. X

One of the best experiences I have ever had on horseback! Friendly, knowledgeable, attentive guides, clean, well-trained, well-behaved, and happy horses, coaching for the newbies, and lots of opportunities to pick up the pace for the experienced, and the most amazing scenery on the planet....what more could you ask for??! The staff from Moonlight Stables were friendly & helpful & of course very patient with our non existant riding skills. The trek taken was worth the experience for the views & countryside alone. I would put this down as a must do if you are visiting the Queenstown area.

Moonlight stables was absolutely amazing, the instructors were kind and informative when telling me the basics of how to ride a horse and expertly paired me up with Shandy. Shandy was an amazing horse and was very patient with my inexperience. I definitely will come back the next time I am in queenstown. Thank you moonlight stables for the best horse riding experience I could have hoped for.

It was the first time for my girlfriend and me on a horse and it was one of the best experiences we've had so far in New Zealand. It was everything we had hoped for, and more... Our head instructor, Janice, and other instructor, Keira, were the best! They've helped us with good instructions and after they saw we were comfortable enough with our horses, they even let us throttle a bit (though steady and slowly) which was really awesome! The freedom we were given with the horse made us feel very happy and last but not least: they made plenty of pictures which we all got to share at the end. All in all, 5 out 5, it couldn't have been any better for our first time with prefect weather and great view. Thank you very much, Janice, Keira and of course our horses: Roach and Buster!!

I was a little afraid of getting back on a horse (it’s been 10 years), but the staff are so sweet here! I was trotting by the end of the day! Such a beautiful farm. I truly loved it :)

The staff were so friendly, and the tour was one of our favourite parts of our trip, it was a beautiful day. Recommend wearing warm clothes though as it does get cold biking in the wind! The meal we got after was delicious too, beautiful wine 🍷

Has amazing views! The staff/driver's are very helpful, I would definitely recommend if you like to bike and would like to see some amazing views on the way!

Was so awesome to have an e bike so I could get the most out of my day. Queenstown and area has lots of great bike trails, but the hills would really get me, so having the extra kick of the E bike helped me get up them.

Great little course, despite the lack of sand traps and water hazards, the course was still a bit challenging. Some of the holes made me think twice about using a driver versus an iron as some holes had narrow fairways and control was more important than distance. Course was well maintained and not too busy, at least when I had my tee time booked.

Absolutely amazing experience with Moonlight Stables - the scenery is stunning. There were people with varying degrees of experience on the trek and the girls accommodated this, which made it a really enjoyable experience. Would definitely recommend this horse-trekking experience to others!

Arrowton Golf Course....WOW! I wasn't expecting to play such a picturesque golf course. This really took me by surprise, such a wonderful layout. Designed around the beautiful surrounds of the rolling mountains. The Pro Shop staff were friendly & also helpful, accommodating my need to walk 9 holes & then use a cart for the other 9. You can also enjoy a beverage on the outside deck overlooking the scenery. I plan to return one day & hopefully play a little better now I know the layout. Cheers to a very enjoyable 18 holes of golf. Regards Andrew Chillingworth

It was an unforgettable time. It was the best part of my trip. It was fantastic to ride a horse and see priceless scenery. Most of all, the staff were the kindest people I've ever seen. If you come to Queenstown, I really x10 would recommend it. Because of this,I wanna even come Queenstown again. it was an unforgettable experience in my life. You can't experience anything like this except here.

Fantastic and tricky course. Very scenic and peaceful under the mountains. Some absolute awesome holes. Club pro shop person could be a bit friendlier but apart from that well worth it.

This is the first time for me and my wife playing golf. They have a excellent view and the best course. But I should remind everyone MUST rent a electrical car otherwise the up and down hill would be a torture.

Had a fantastic ride. Great that we could trot and canter our horses. Our guides made our ride fun and interesting. Will be going back next time we are in Queenstown.

My daughter and her friend went on this ride and they just loved it all. They said the staff were lovely and friendly and the horses were in excellent condition and very well cared for. The property itself is also stunningly beautiful and as local Airbnb hosts we will definitely be back and be recommending this wonderful stables to all our guests!

I did a trek with my ten year old daughter and we had a fabulous experience - Jenny, our guide, was lovely - knowledgeable, enthusiastic and encouraging. We were both beginners but she made us feel very comfortable and taught us some basics so that we quickly felt confident on the horses. The scenery is stunning. Highly recommend this experience, I would definitely do it again!

These guys are amazing! Lovely guides friendly and helpful, so much knowledge of the area. I was late due to Unforeseen circumstances and Lisa didn’t hesitate to put me in the next lot. Would highly recommend doing the bike the bridges tour! Such beautiful scenery - The winery was a beautiful relaxing end to the ride finished off with a cheese platter from the cheesery next door.

It was my first time to ride a horse. So I was a little bit scared but the owners made me relax and explained enough for safety. My horse; Mr.White, was very gentle and well trained even though he tried to eat some dry grass?? So it was easy to handle the horse. And the owners, mom and daughter, were very friendly and kind. They made my good memory in queenstown. Thank you so much. If I came back to queenstown, I would try it one more?? I strongly recommend it!

We had the most amazing day!! Lore our driver was an absolute star! She was super helpful with all your questions and had great advice for everywhere! Will definitely do this again in the future!

We are a family with children without any riding experience but we were taught how to ride by very nice coach. Then we were led by the coach and riding inside a farm. All in all, the experience was wonderful and i really recommend this stable any family with kids.

This was a really cool experience! Our bus driver Lore was super nice. There were so many different stops available it was hard to choose, and many places had good discounts for the tour (ie $15 wine tasting) Would be so easy to stay for the day - next time I'd go for the day trip version to experience more of the interesting stops. It was also a fun way to meet other travellers on the bus - I had some wines with a really lovely couple at Nockies Vineyard who were super sweet and great company! Great memories! Definitely recommend this tour :)

Fantastic day exploring different wineries. Beautiful scenery and easy timetable to follow. Just decide which wineries you want to visit and hop off the bus. Look at time for pick up and hop back on. We missed one of our pick up but no problem, we just went back into the winery and then hopped on the next scheduled pick up bus.
