The headphones block out the gym music and play a relaxation track. I didnt find the video relaxing to watch -bit psychedelic but I just shut my eyes and problem solved. No sign of aromatherapy. Probably not great for the claustrophobic but I didnt find it a problem. The jets started gently and increased to a strong massage. The machine is noisy and you can hear it through the headphones-a bit like a car wash when going over your head! But overall enjoyable my muscles felt relaxed at the end. Worth the $22 I paid, wouldnt pay much more. Dont wear jeans- gets too hot!
