Spaqua machine massage

Staff friendly. Machines located on the gym floor next to the scales- this made me feel slightly self conscious. The headphones block out the gym music and play a relaxation track. I didnt find the video relaxing to watch -bit psychedelic but I just shut my eyes and problem solved. No sign of aromatherapy. Probably not great for the claustrophobic but I didnt find it a problem. The jets started gently and increased to a strong massage. The machine is noisy and you can hear it through the headphones-a bit like a car wash when going over your head! But overall enjoyable my muscles felt relaxed at the end. Worth the $22 I paid, wouldnt pay much more. Dont wear jeans- gets too hot!

Just Do it!

This was absolutely incredible! Felt better than a lot of actual massages I have ever received. Wish it was in Auckland permanently! It felt so good I even tested out the oxygen bar-I was pleasantly surprised, felt clarity, and absolutely rejuvenated! All booked in for round two!

Great

Friendly service. We arrived late - no hassles. It is a bit different, - not your usual massage. But relaxing, and the 40mins did honestly fly by.

Good enough to be going back.

The massage itself was actually pretty good, the strength could be adjusted and whilst watching the screen (which was about the size of the ones on airplanes) with the headphones in and the music on it was nice and relaxing. I didn't feel claustrophobic in the capsule. However, it was in the middle of a mall, so if the headphones slip off you can hear people talking as they walk past. The guy running it was friendly and efficient. More like a 4.5 as having people walk by didn't really bug me.
