Colin Sargeant said... Our trip on this ferry had to be cancelled due to a sudden illness. The ferry company and the booking agency could not have been more helpful. Once advised of the circumstances all monies were refunded in full which was not expected. It shows that they are both a legitimate companies made up of caring people. We would not hesitate to re purchase these services again when better conditions prevail. Thank you!
