Awesome!!
We really had a great experience with our return trip with Sealink. Our return trip from Waiheke had a different date and changing it to our departure date was a breeze. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. On top of that, as we were to board the ferry, our vehicle's battery died on us. The staff who was guiding the vehicles to the ferry was very quick to inform us that they have a starter at the office. Thanks to the awesome staff of Sealink at Half Moon bay, we had a memorable and wonderful day trip to Waiheke.

Unused booking
Our trip on this ferry had to be cancelled due to a sudden illness. The ferry company and the booking agency could not have been more helpful. Once advised of the circumstances all monies were refunded in full which was not expected. It shows that they are both a legitimate companies made up of caring people. We would not hesitate to re purchase these services again when better conditions prevail. Thank you!
