There needed be someone monitoring what was going on out on the ice. It got really packed and everyone was skating all over the place, no direction or guidance.
The system for hiring the frames is messy and needs work.
When I went to pay with my book me voucher I was moved to another line where people were served before me with their vouchers. Again the system was messy.
The rink itself was well set up and looked good.
