Carolyn Spackman said... I booked the massage and deluxe head spa. The massage triggered thoughts the episode from Friends where Ross gave a massage with wooden spoons - it was very average with apparently no understanding of the muscular/skeletor composition. The head massage was nice, however the description said they used “the best nutrition for hair and scalp, offering the best services to our customers”. So I was somewhat confused to find they used Pantene and Dove products - nothing nutritional about these products - possibly the worst available. I understand you get what you pay for but there should be an expectation you also get what they describe.
