Just 30 minutes drive from the central city you’ll find Wellington Indoor Riding School - a haven of top notch facilities, talented horses and outstanding instructors.

All level of rider are welcome, you’ll be matched with one of our beautiful horses and a half hour lesson tailored to your needs.

And then it’s time to hit the trails!

You'll ride over farmland and enjoy the rolling hills and never ending views of Ohariu Valley and looking out to the coast.

    Great activity to do in Wellington

    The stables were easy access from Wellington. Very well organised. Kirsten was great instructor, throrough and enthusiastic. Really enjoyed both the lesson and the ride afterwards. Recommended!
