Hibiki said... We were booking this tour. But I received a email that my chosen date hasn’t reached the minimum number of participants required to host the trip. And our trip was rescheduled to another date without asking. I contacted them many times to get my money back because we couldn’t attend that day, but I don’t yet receive any reply. My money is still not refunded.
