Thank you for the great review. Glad we could help and looking forward to see you guys again!! Sam
It’s a non stop awesome day.. Firstly, we arrive a tad late (gotta look good for the alpacas). But the guide waited for us! It’s super nice of her. Next, we went for a briefing (safety and all) and start our close up one to one with the alpacas!! Let’s just say they do not know what personal boundaries is. LOL. Me and my partner had heaps of great moments and memories. And we’re coming again next week. Lol. Just can’t get enough of those super soft creatures!!
Thank you for your great review, we grad you enjoyed your time. Hope to see you again
This was great, kids loved it, go cuddle a alpaca
Thank you for your great review. We looking forward to see you again at another time
It was a good experience for me and my wife to bring mum-in-law and sister visiting us from Singapore. The tour was well planned and the feeding was a great experience but during the explanation by the tour guide, my sister tried her best explaining/translating as Mum-in-law couldn’t understand English, and was then told off by the guide saying “…let me finish talking first”. He can tell us in a more appropriate way instead of doing it in front of the whole group. Made me a little pissed off. Then towards the end, everyone was told to get out of the paddock, saying “…. be quick, I had a 4 pages contract to read, everyone out.” This is not our problem whether you had any contract to read, we paid for the tour and experience, not your problem that had to pushed everyone out for your personal problem.
Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. We sorry you had a bad experience with our guide, I'm sure he meant no disrespect.
Thank you for taking the time to give us a great review Elaine. I will let the staff and cafe know what you said. Hope to see you at a later stage again!
