Unfortunately last night was not, found out there was a new chef on and when we mentioned a few inconsistencies in the dishes, he became defensive. Hopefully he sorts it out and takes on customers constructive criticism. ..sauces need to be tasty, cuts of meat should be generous in size for the price, produce should be fresh and overall attention to detail. There were excuses for mains and desserts not on the menu, unprofessional and unacceptable when charging these prices for fine dining, it just wasn't up to standard! With the dining options along the Strand, there needs to be urgent improvement. Also have the umbrellas up at the entrance and water the dead plants out the front, take pride in this fabulous restaurant, we want to come back!
