Guests are welcome to bring picnics or to make use of the onsite bbq’s and the park also has toilets and changing facilities.

End of year school/working outing
Great range of activities when the water is a bit cold.

Great family day out
Spent the best part of a day here with lots of activities for the kids aged 15, 13, and 11. It wasn't very busy the day we went so no queues and easy to get wetsuits. Good value for money for a day out - take your own lunch

Kayak used in small warm pool
Kids had a good time until a kayaking crew came into their warm pool with their kayaks. The female instructor in pic was rude to one of our girls. A male instructor was also rude to us. Not sure that Waimarino advertise that they’re going to put the kayak in the warm pool while we were in there warming up. Other than that, the other person working on the other stations was nice and helpful. Note we’ve been there lots before but never had to share warm pool with a kayak flipping around in there with us.

Great day out
This park had much more then expected, plenty to do for all ages and staff were fantastic!

Lots of fun!
What an awesome way to celebrate a 9 year old birthday!! The kids had the best time & were spoilt for choice on which activity to do! Recommend allowing at least 3 hours to spend there.
