Hi Josselin, We understand your disappointment at not being able to swim with the dolphins that we found on the 23rd of March. Unfortunately the pod did have baby dolphins with them and so we are not permitted to swim under the marine regulations that govern us in New Zealand. We do not guarantee a swim and do not reimburse customers in the event that a swim is not possible. It is just a fact of nature and during March there were only 2 occasions when we could not swim. Superbe sortie
Malgré un démarrage douteux (la pluie) la sortie c'est super bien passée, on a eu la chance de voir un groupe de près de 80 dauphins on a pu les admirer sous l'eau c'était top (un peu froid quand même). On a ensuite continué jusqu'à un groupe d'otaries, bien curieux, qu'on a pu approcher d'assez près. Le barbecue était très sympa sur le bateau. L'équipage était au top, on recommande.

Expérience incroyable
Il s'agit de la meilleure activité que nous ayons réalisé en NZ !! En plus de nager avec des dauphins, ce qui est déjà incroyable, nous avons profité d'une excursion en mer toute la journée où l'équipage est adorable et très attentionné ! Et merci pour avoir parlé lentement en anglais ! Laissez vous surprendre et vous finirez la journée avec une belle fatigue émotionnelle ? Merci encore à toute l'équipe et bravo pour le travail que vous faites !

Should be more transparent on the chances of swimming with dolphins. Seems like many days don’t succeed

Hi Rasmus Beyer, sorry you didn't get to swim with the dolphins. They are wild animals and sometimes it is just not feasible. We are totally transparent about our success rate at swimming with dolphins and it is stated on our website, we swam both of the last 2 trips . I am not sure why you think we are not, you cannot really assess this from coming out once with us. Anyway you obviously feel justified in a one star review even though we cruised with 80 to 100 dolphins for an hour, had an awesome snorkel and lunch, saw a large school of Kawahai and a leatherback turtle. Super expérience
Super journée avec Orca! Le staff est très sympa, accueillant et serviable. The et café à volonté tout au long de la journée. Départ à l’heure et retour vers 15h-15h30 pour nous. Nous avons trouvé les dauphins après 1h30 environ. Mark est bien équipé pour les trouver et il a l’expérience! Nous avons été gâtés par plusieurs groupes venant vers nous pour faire la course avec le bateau, magique! Malheureusement le matin la mer était trop agitée pour nager avec les dauphins mais on a pu profiter de la vue. Ensuite pause dans une baie sur une île pour observer les fonds sous marins pendant que Mark préparait le lunch (pain, saucisses grillées, oignons et sauces). Au retour la mer était plus calme alors on a pu nager avec les dauphins. On est tractés par la bateau et on chante dans le tuba pour attirer les dauphins qui nous passent dessous pour voir ce qui se passe. Super expérience Je recommande
