Turned a pretty drive into a total experience

Sublime. Incredibly informative bus driver, who stopped at gorgeous places, in arguably the most beautiful part of the country. Highly recommend this tour. In fact think it is a must if you can possibly do it. We would have just driven through with no idea about the geography, history, conservation efforts, or the phenomenal stops along the way. It turned a pretty drive into an absolute experience. Thank you people. (,And to our driver... Your dad should definitely do this tour!)

Small group, brilliant guide

We did a Milford sound coach + cruise tour with under water observatory tour. Our driver Brad was such a lovely person, very knowledgeable, loved the little folklore and historical facts he told us about during our drive to and fro Milford from Queenstown .We were just 6 of us on our way to Milford, so almost felt like a private tour. Glass top bus made a huge difference, we could see the peak of the mountains and waterfalls so easily. The cruise was so much better ( I have done it with another provider in the past few years ago ) the boat was new luxurious and the crew was very helpful informative and funny. We got to see seals , our brilliant driver took us just below the waterfall, it was such a magical experience. The under water observatory was great too. Overall an A++ experience.

Milford sound tour

Firstly Milford sound was beautiful and it was a fantastic clear day. Picnic lunch was yummy and bigger then expected. However one of the most disappointing factor was I booked a coach, Milford sound cruise, under water obserbury, and picnic lunch tour. How ever no under water obserbury in the tour I was placed on. No idea what happened.. very disappointing considering I am assuming I have paid for this in the original fee. No mention on tour why not included and no email stating any of this not included or no.mention of refund. Please check you getting what is described.
