Kaye Clough said... For the price we paid, it was excellent. The buffet with hot roast potatoes & a choice of salads was small but delicious. However, we found the steak a little cold, saying that it was a cold day & the cooking is done outside. Still, you can't beat a hot steak. For dessert the cake was nice, but the cookies didn't taste homemade, I could have done without them. Instead, a bit of ice cream with the cake would have been a better choice. But we did get it for half price with a Book Me voucher making it a great deal. The staff were friendly, we weren't rushed, & the area is attractive. We would recommend it.

For the price we paid, it was excellent.
