The booking was made we turned up expecting to be going on the boat , AND no RV hotel said that we where supposed to ring them and tell them we had a booking ! SO if booking on bookme call them - which isnt what you do but because the reception and process is slack encase you get to your booking and no one is there. The HOT pools is ammmmazing ! loved it there :)
