  Please arrive at your selected time slot to ensure your entry is valid for redemption On the rare occasion in the event of late ticket redemption, past a 30 minute grace period the operator reserves the right to add an additional surcharge.

  Tickets are non-refundable & non-transferable. Booking changes are at the discretion of the operator and will incur a surcharge per person to be paid on arrival to the operator.

  Mask wearing is required throughout our buildings and encouraged in Skyline Rotoruas outdoor spaces.

  Guests will be required to sign in using the COVID Tracer App when entering Skyline Rotorua.

• Child pricing applicable for ages 6-14 years only.

  Zoom Zipline is suitable for children and adults, with a minimum weight of 27 kilograms and a maximum of 125 kilograms for the regular (seated) harness ride.

  Please Note: To ride you must be in good physical health and a sound mental state. If you suspect that riding could aggravate a pre-existing condition or put your health at risk for ANY reason, DO NOT ride without first consulting a medical professional.
