Really disappointed after looking forward to this

I'd looked forward to this since booking it, and the glow worms were pretty cool. But in all honesty was left really disappointed. We chose paddleboarding as a new activity and with a tight budget, don't get to do new things all that often. We arrived and the guide didn't even introduce herself but said 'are you guys happy to jump on a kayak'? She talked us out of paddleboarding by saying as newbies we'd probably fall in and it would be tricky getting in and out of the caves and getting bearings etc, even though it was a perfectly still night. So seemed we'd be causing hassle by paddleboarding, reluctantly agreed to kayak. The tour was a little over 50 minutes and just over 1km each way actual kayaking. We didn't even et a kayak each, and had to share a double. Had we been phoned about this beforehand, we could have changed to another activity, but we heard nothing. Sorry guys, but gutted how this experience panned out.
