Throughly enjoyed my down time here, so peaceful, soothing & relaxing. My body felt so good during & after, I stayed 3 hours, would definitely visit again!
Great time, great place
I booked the deluxe spa pools and was very disappointed with the cleanliness of the change rooms and toilets , they really need a good proper clean , I don’t think anyone checks the hygiene standards and n this area . It definately put me off the whole experience
Great surroundings and facilities well worth it
Thank you for the great review, we hope you can come back soon!

AMAZING experience. GO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I ended up at the Polynesian Spa Pavillion Pools 4x during my 3 weeks in Aotearoa. Once driving all the way from Tauranga, another driving all the way from Matamata and another all the way from New Plymouth!!! I would recommend going in the evenings to get the full vibe. You're essentially just lounging around soooopa chill, relaxing in a number of geothermally heated pools. So if you're on holiday I would say saving the daylight hours for day time type activities then hitting up the hot pools n the evening when you can kick back and relax whilst getting the most natural healing for your body, mind and soul.
