Thank you for your 4 star review.
We had a wonderful time at Polynesian Spa! The pools were at the perfect temperature, making for a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. The serene atmosphere and beautiful surroundings added to the charm.
Thank you Talitha! We’re so happy to hear that you and your family had a wonderful time. We hope to welcome you all back for another memorable visit soon!
This was great value for money. The grandchildren are 4 and 6 years. We arrived on a Sunday at 9.30am and left at 5.30pm - the children didn't want to leave they had such a fab time. They loved both the Family Pools (especially the slide) and the Deluxe Lake Spa. Definitely recommend.
Partly my fault for not clearly understanding what I was purchasing, but as we entered with a child we went to the family pool which was ordinary, with no views. The hotel pool was actually significantly better and even if it was free we would have been better off nor going. For what is basically a simple heated pool with a couple of pools that are far from hit enough for adults, a process if $0 is more appropriate.
Thanks Mark. The Family Pool area has two Rachel Spring Alkaline geothermal pools and one chlorinated large swimming pool for children with a slide. The product is priced to reflect this. Families often combine a Lake View private pool or the Deluxe Lake Spa with spectacular views when on site. The large pool is in fact the original men's only pool from back in the early 1900s.
It was okay
