We're sorry to hear your visit didn't meet your expectations. NZ natives can be a little cryptic and difficult to observe at times - in particular during particularly hot or cold weather where they'll often shelter in the foliage. Our staff are always keen to assist visitors to locate the animals in their enclosures. 自然園區
服務態度跟對應都很好又活潑，介紹kiwi也很清楚，可以花約一個小時在這裡 尤其是小朋友很適合可以很近距離觀察鳥

Lots to see. Saw 2 kiwi birds. Staff helpful, taking me out to show me where 3 tuataras were hiding.

全園中除了鴨子與一隻Kiwi外，只見少數其他鳥類，大部份標示的鳥都不存在。
