Couple date

We loved the experience although would have been nice to have been told we would possibly be on a wait list for the mud spa .... quit embarrassing to walk in only to be told wait we have a wait list. Also found when I looked on the hells gate website the cost was the same as I paid on book me so I didn’t really get a discount by using the book me site. Womans change rooms are not very discreet from the public walking past of u are on that end of the benches in the change rooms very concerning for woman an children. No signage or info displayed explaining the benefits of the mud or sulphur around the pools to enhance ur experience of knowing what why how etc

Must try experience in Rotorua

If you are in Rotorua for the first time, then definitely need to go to Hell's Gate to try their sulfuric acid pool, mud bath and guided tour. The price for this package is 100NZD which is a bit costly but Rotorua is a tourist town and therefore everything is hiked up price for tourist. Other than good experience that you should try for at least once.

Great facilities, modernized and applying covid practices. Thank you we had a lovely afternoon escape in our own back yard Only 20 minutes from home and 60 years to get here!
