While our discounted Bookme offer is for specific sizes of full suspension; we do have other sizes, cruiser style explorer ebikes, and hardtail ebikes if you book directly. All rental bikes show a size guide height range to assist in your selection of size prior to booking. The other bikes are not promoted through Bookme as a discounted offer. Despite this, we hear that you may have had difficulty with the bike size. If you had contacted us when you realised the issue, we might have been able to assist you. We also have maps available at our rental location and on our website to help you choose suitable routes for your skill level and experience.
