Experience the magic of Lake Rotoiti as you take a cruise to discover its cultural gems and geothermal hot pools!

Highlights

  • Stunning 3 Hour guided cruise on Lake Rotoiti
  • Visit a secluded hot water beach and stream
  • Discover cultural and geothermal gems only accessibly by boat
  • Enjoy a 1.5 hour soak at Lake Rotoiti Hot Pools
  • A unique Rotorua experience away from the crowds!

Just outside of Rotorua, you have the opportunity to step off the beaten path and join us for a cruise and hot pool soak on Lake Rotoiti.

Often bypassed due to accessibility, Lake Rotoiti has an abundance of geothermal and cultural gems tucked away in its bays which are only accessible by boat. Lucky for you, we have a few vessels at our disposal, and we can’t wait to show you some of our favourite spots.

Your trip will run for three hours, during which our skippers will delight you with some of our favourite places on the lake. Explore a geothermal bay only accessible by boat, and marvel at the abundant bird life that calls Lake Rotoiti home.

Also included is a stop at the Lake Rotoiti Hot Pools, where you will have an hour and a half to enjoy a tranquil soak overlooking the lake and to enjoy a beverage at the onsite cafe and bar.

This is the perfect trip if you are looking to experience the magic of Rotorua and it’s incredible natural hot pools away from the hustle and bustle of the main tourist attractions in town.

Fab half day experience

We enjoyed the surprise cave trip on the way to the pools and learning the history of the area and birdlife from Shiloh. The pools were great. A very scenic spot with a range of hot pools to choose from. A must do experience in Rotorua!
