Jo Faulkner said... We had a most enjoyable afternoon on our cruise and at the hot pools. Our boat skipper was friendly and informative, plus she fixed a slight problem with the boat. The hot pools are amazing. A very relaxing soak right on the shore of the lake with beautiful views across the lake. I would recommend this trip to anyone visiting the Rotorua area.
