October morning cold but the sun is out. Our start was a little off with some error in the booking info but we got picked up graciously at our accomodation. Austin our guide was so relaxed, friendly, chatty, entertainingly, funny, friendly and everything you want a guide to be. He made sure of our safety, fed us amazing stories and info all the way, involved everyone, fed us amazing brownies (YUM) with tea, real coffee and hot chocolate. For 5 in the group, we had 2 guides, Austin and Sherie who was also lovely, helpful, friendly and cheerful. Well paced tour, not difficult.
Suggestion:
▪️Incorporate some group photos and action shots by the guide diring the paddle.
▪️When giving those wonderful and super interesting commentaries, it should be coming from behind or beside the group as sound travels better straight ahead. Sometimes it was difficult to hear the guide because he was facing away from the group and in front... though Austin had a nice loud voice, the lake occassionally swallowed hos voice.
Overall, we had an AMAZING time, thank you again. All day tour next time!!!!
