The ice was 1/10 the staff in the Cafe were unwilling to engage with the customer and lacked the basic idea of good customer service no smiles and almost dismissive to the clients
Tables were filthy and tables uncleared
When I remarked the reasons for our disappointment they took offense and we left and didn't want to return for our booking for the pools
