We saw some reserved seats and thought it was reserved for us. For our big surprise the guy in charge of the trip, named Peanut, came with a family and said that those seats belonged for that family and there were no place for us to seat in the bus. If we wanted we should go separately if they have some place, but in those seats we couldn’t seat. How come? He did nothing to solve that question, the only thing that he was concerned about was the family’s seat. Ok, but what about us? No solutions, just a “I’m sorry”. Are you guys kidding? What kind of company is that? Didn’t we have the same rights? They promised us a full refund and we are waiting for Book.me to say something for us. We changed the company and had a wonderful trip but we are very upset with this client treatment, totally disappointed. We will never recommend this company, sorry.
