We had the best experience with Queenstown/Freedom Sea Kayaks. They were constantly wanting us to have the best time, and offered to change the time of our booking to suit the weather better. On the day and new chosen time, they offered to pick us up from our accommodation and take us to an alternative location, as the weather was horrible in the initial one.
They were incredibly accommodating the whole time, and never ceased to amaze us. They were very customer-focused and I would do it again tenfold.
