I think the problem that would most likely be encountered by travelers is choosing the type of cruise. It's a bit of confusing and does not really offer enough information to allow the travelers to choose wisely. For example, in our cruise, apparently there is a lunch buffet option, however, when we were booking it, only the picnic lunch option appeared.
