    suziesea said... My kids loved the Kingston Flyer. We've made a few steam train trips before (in Australia and England) and the Kingston Flyer was by far the best. The narration and history talk given during the journey was exactly what others forget to add and what the Kingston Flyer driver did very well. The kids loved the journey which was much longer than most and great value. The mini race against the train at Fairlight Station was the highlight for our kids, haven't seen that done anywhere yet. Both adults and children seemed to enjoy the outing equally. The private cabins were given to families with kids on our trip which was so great and thoughtful. Loved the whole activity, would certainly do it again.
