We started off with a couple of smaller climbs to get warm and practice how to move on the rock/how to tie yourself in/how to belay, so you don't need to know much about climbing to take part in the activity.
The last climb was a big one, probably about 30m high, and i reckon it's a medium climb that everyone could do. I only had the problem that I'm afraid of heights which made moving up there a bit hard. But Neill (i hope I spelled it correctly), our guide, motivated a lot and tried his best to help all of us to get way up to the top!
