Wolfgang said... What a great experience! Yes - it IS wet ... and cold (sometimes). And the camp is so much more remote and wilder than I expected. Actually just a toilet, a shelter for the boats and a "sandfly proof" (or so they say ;-) shelter for cooking. No shower, no camp fire, only DIY-dinner.
BUT - and this a big "But": absolutely breathtaking scenery spoiled by no tour bus / cruise ship (at least not in November), 100%-safety oriented guides (Hadiah & AJ) who are fun to be with and know how to give pep talk if it's pouring down (again)! Excellent equipment provided by GoOrange (kayaks, neopren, rainjackets etc.). If you look for something outside your comfort zone, this one might be for you! Did I mention the beautiful scenery?
