deannar1 said... We had a great experience with our bike hire. One of the bikes had a technical hitch early on but it was quickly replaced with a new bike. When we realised we were too tired to ride back to Queenstown transport was arranged to pick us up from Arrowtown with a quick phone call. Thanks to Sophie for the great customer service. Definitely recommend.
