    paulam15 said... I had a terrible experience at this massage place. It was my birthday yesterday and wanted to have a relaxing time. I had a horrible experience. My therapist was so unprofessional. I think she was the receptionist as well. She went out of the room 3x, 1st to talk to the people outside, left my back open, the last 2x was to answer calls. My arm massage was the worst bec of calls she needed to answer. She was also texting while massaging my legs. The door was slightly open while we were having the massage, i think bec there was no receptionist outside. I understand she wanted to cater to other customer but remember I am her customer at that very moment but her focus is to accept more customer not me. No privacy, very unprofessional, i wanted to stop my massage but i didnt want to make a scene bec again it was my birthday. My husbands therapist was okay.
