Picture yourself skimming across shallow water, over sand bars, through rapids and around rocks at speeds in excess of 80kph, now picture doing this down New Zealand’s swiftest river with no seat belt and no brakes; that’s one way to get your adrenaline levels through the roof.

Set in the South Island's gorgeous Wanaka, you’ll explore the famous Clutha River at mind-boggling speeds with some of the world’s best scenery in the background.

Starting with a breath taking journey over Lake Wanaka, take in the snow-capped mountain views as the anticipation of tackling one of the world’s swiftest flowing rivers begins.

Let you adrenaline levels build as your demonstrates the manoeuvrability of the jet boat, pushing it to its absolute limits as the boat is skilfully navigated through shallow water, tunnels and over giant pressure waves! And of course any jet boat ride is complete without those famous 360 spins.

Along the way, the driver will stop for that once in a lifetime photograph and provide a fascinating commentary of the area and the jet boat itself.

    Minimum Numbers: Trips require a minimum of 4 passengers, single bookings are wait listed to confirm.

    Note: Lakefront departures are weather dependent, in the event of windy conditions we will depart from the river.

    For safety reasons, our minimum ages is 4 years.

Amazing!!

Jet boat Trip

We had a fabulous time, our female driver explained well everything that we would do and gave clear instructions when she was doing her Hamilton Spin. Also, she was constantly in touch with her land crew to let them know what and where we were. The river was running fast so this made it even better
