Bad service from front desk
1)We got an rude service when we need help but found nobody to help, then we went to front desk for help, the female staff gave us an rude attidude and said it's nono of her business, and unwilling to help us. 我们寻求前台帮助时前台员工告诉我这不是她的工作,并很不情愿的替我打电话,然后也不告知我接下去上哪等,背着身嘀咕了好几句,她的同事看到我站在,看看她的样子,才好心告诉我要如何做,不会有再糟糕的服务了。 2)Out door pool,so cold. 泳池是户外的,特别冷,下雨只有一块地方遮着,和日式温泉完全不一样,这充其量叫游泳池。 3) Too expensive to rent a towl. 5 NZ 五元一条毛巾租赁费用,太贵 4) The dry machine was broken in washroom.浴室的甩干机坏了。
