Tekapo Springs is a multi-faceted attraction overlooking stunning Lake Tekapo.

HOT POOL ENTRY ONLY

We are a natural half way stop between Christchurch and Queenstown - just three hours in either direction.

Ice skate in autumn and winter or ride the snow tube in winter. In summer enjoy the Aqua Drop (150-metre waterslide) and Jumpernaut (giant inflatable obstacle course). Treat yourself at the luxurious day spa then refuel at the Altitude 720 cafe and bar.

We are enviro gold qualmarked and open 364 days of the year.

You choose your pace - relax in the pools overlooking the Lake and Two Thumb Mountain range or get physical on the skating rink and tubing park.

If it is indulgence you are after book a spa treatment, just heaven! Then sit back and relax with a coffee or something stronger in our licenced café - the views are spectacular!

  • Please Note: You must be on time for your discount bookings as they are non-transferable and non-refundable, however, discounted tickets can be used as credit towards a normal priced activity or treatment with the difference being paid directly to Tekapo Springs.

한국의 온천을 상상하신다면 실망하실수고 있어요. 그치만 따뜻한 물에서 몸을 녹여가며 여행의 중간 이벤트로는 나름 괜찮아요. 수건 가져가시고 개인 락커를 3달러에 빌릴수 있어요. 저흰 하나 빌려서 모든 옷을 한꺼번에 넣었어요. 밖에 사물함으로 쓸만한 공간이 있으니 무료로 그걸 사용해 보시는것도 괜찮아요. 수영복 없어도 반바지나 티 입고 들어가셔서 사용하실수도 있어요. 물 온도는 38-35도 정도고, 온탕은 3개 있어요.

한국 온천처럼 물이 뜨겁진않지만 따뜻한 물에서 몸을 녹일 수 있는 좋은 시간이었습니다. 저녁때가서 해지는 것보고 별도 핫풀에서 보는 것 추천드립니다.

여행 중 피로했던 몸을 풀 수 있는 좋은 기회와 더불어 멋진 풍경을 보며 할 수 있기에 색다른 경험이었습니다. 다만 아침시간에 자주 안개가 끼는거같아 이른 아침시간은 피해서 하시면 더 좋은 풍경에서 온천을 즐기실 수 있습니다! (참고로 한국 온천보다는 물이 훨씬 덜 뜨겁습니다!)

따뜻한 물속에서 차가운 호수보기

테카포 호수에는 수영해서 갈수잇는 폰툰이 있지만 물이 너무 차가워서 썩 즐길수 있지는 않았는데, 여기는 물이 따듯해서 하고싶었던 수영을 맘껏할수 있었어요. 물은 자연온천수x, 그냥 따뜻한 수영장물... 플레이존에서 재밌게 놀았어요.
