Relax and reset in our salt floats, giving you some peace from your busy day to day.

Highlights

  • Rest and reconnect with yourself
  • Enjoy a peaceful and rejuvenating experience with us at Nadi Wellness

Relax and allow your body to naturally float in our salt float pod. A high concentration of epsom salts are added to the water in the pod making you feel weightless on any pressure points throughout your body. This creates a sense of lightness and reduces the influence of external sound, sight and touch, allowing you to relax every muscle of your body and drop into a meditative state.

Epsom salts are high in magnesium (a very important and essential mineral that we typically do not get enough of in our diet), which the skin absorbs during the float. Magnesium lowers blood pressure, strengthens bone and teeth, promotes heart health and can relieve symptoms of menopause.

Absolutely Perfect!

Being my first salt float Emily at Nadi Wellness was kind and welcoming. She explained the experience easily and throughly and then left me to my own private room. The salt float was absolutely amazing and I will be visiting again on my next trip to Queenstown. 100% recommend!
