Some inspiring talks on gold and how people made/found their fortune. We then got shown some old machinary used to break down the rocks containing gold. Also got a chance to pan for gold but ran out of time - only got 2 flakes of gold. There was also a self-guided walk you could do but didn't have time.
Excellent experience. Loved it!
Thoroughly enjoyed our time at Goldfields. The 2 ladies running it were amazing. So much knowledge to share. Husband got right into panning for gold that we had to be kicked out at closing. Well worth the stop
It's a little diffrent tourist attraction, but that makes it cool.

Gelungener Goldrausch
