Bad Weather Refunds

If your experience is cancelled by the operator (because of the bad weather, safety concerns, unscheduled maintenance etc) you will be entitled to a full refund.

Notes

Please Note: If you weigh more than 100kg, please make a note of this in the Special Requirements/Info box when booking.
Price is per bike and there are 2 persons per watercraft. Bike can be operated solo or by 2 persons. Minimum age 12yrs if two children / 8yrs if with an adult. Weight restrictions max weight is 200kg total per bike.
During busy times there can be the occasional short wait for a bike to become available - we appreciate your co-operation. If weather conditions are poor and the beach hire is closed, please come back on the next convenient day.

Paddle Queenstown Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Cancellations made prior to 48 hours incur a 10% administration/cancellation fee.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of day of departure will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of day of departure NO REFUND WILL BE MADE.
There will be NO refund on any portion or part of a guided trip once the trip has departed.
PLEASE NOTE THAT IN THE EVENT OF A NO-SHOW FULL PAYMENT WILL BE CHARGED.
Bookme cancellation terms also apply.

Fun!!!

We thought 20 mins was too short to enjoy but it was more than enough time to just pedal around and soak in the views of the lake and the town. The weather was so nice and it was just us on the lake so that made it an enjoyable experience for the two of us.

Totally loved this experience. Good for the value of price as well. On a nice sunny day doing this activity was amazing. Seems like we did a bit of leg workout in the lake. But me and my hubby totally loved it beside the sunburn and sore leg. Ahahaha
