Stand out well being experience in Queenstown!
My wife and I booked ourselves in for a couples massage and weren't disappointed. The staff were so friendly and professional and really took great care of us. My wife had a pregnancy massage and I had the firm deep tissue massage. It was probably one of our best massages to date. Everything was top notch not to mention with some of the best views of Queestown from the room and spa area. What really sweetened the deal is that they give you 2hrs complimentary access to the spa areas with the massage. We found this really nice to relax in the hot tub, sauna and steam room before the massage. Do yourself a favour and book without delay, you won't regret it!

Amazing massage with spectacular views
What a fantastic deal for an amazing massage with spectacular views. Was able to use the pool, spa and sauna facilities afterward for total relaxation. The people were lovely and the full body massage excellent.

Not so great!
The place has very nice views and my wife enjoyed her massage. However, mine wasn't very good. Before I booked, I saw there was a choice of relaxion or deep tissue sports massage but the masseuse said they only do relaxion so I was a little disappointed as I have a lot of knots and tension in my back and was hoping to get a deep tissue massage. I also thought it would be a full body massage but it did not include legs (only lower legs). Upon arrival, there was nobody at the reception to greet us so we were a bit confused about where to go. During most of the massage, we could hear people chatting and noise just outside the room so it was a bit difficult to relax. The oil was also cold (warm would have been better). The sauna was off so we had to ask someone to turn it on. The steam room didn't have much steam in. There was also no jacuzzi as described in the listing.....only a hot tub which wasn't very hot. For these reasons, I would not recommend this place. There are a lot better spas in Queenstown!

SPA TREATMENT & FACILITIES
Hotel staff are helpful. Facilities are clean to the highest standard. Spa treatment was excellent. Highly recommended. It's worth the money I have paid for it.

Perfect experience
Had a really lovely time! The massage was so relaxing and the room was beautiful. The ladies who were doing the massages really knew what they were doing. Had a lovely time in the jacuzzi afterward as well. Just what we needed!
